Neon boiler with long burning (shaft type) can be installed in residential or industrial premises, in combination with other types of boilers (gas, electric) or as a standalone heating unit.

The advantages of a shaft-type boiler include the ability to operate for up to 5 days without additional fuel loading. It can work on firewood, pellets, coal, and other types of solid fuels.

This long burning is achieved through two combustion chambers.

In the first (loading chamber), the lower layer of the load burns.

In the second chamber, there is a pyrolysis gas burner that burns the pyrolysis gases formed as a result of combustion in the first chamber, which greatly contributes to long burning and increased efficiency.

The shaft boiler is made of high-strength steel with a thickness of 3 mm, ensuring long-term operation of our boilers.

A large heat exchanger area allows all the generated heat to be transferred to the heat carrier, ensuring a comfortable temperature in the room.

The loading chamber has a volume of 270 liters with 3 mm thick walls and a 30 mm water jacket around the entire perimeter of the chamber. The inlet and outlet pipes have a diameter of 2 inches, ensuring good heat transfer in the heating system.
