Servicing the electric boiler after 1 year of operation

Wall-mounted dual-circuit electric boiler Neon Duos WCSM/WH 6-15 kW is designed for heating and hot water supply. The boiler operates completely silently.

Included in the package:

• Automatic air vent - effectively removes airlocks from the heating system (located at the top of the boiler);
• Thermometer for visual monitoring of the temperature of the heat transfer fluid in the hot water and heating system;
• Capillary thermostat for smooth regulation of the desired temperature;
• European-made circulation pump.

The boiler is equipped with stainless steel heating elements, three power levels with thyristor switching of the heating elements, ensuring noiseless operation.

For hot water supply (HWS), there is an independent stainless steel heat exchanger with a separate group of heating elements. There is a safety valve and a water flow sensor, allowing the heating elements to be activated when the faucet is opened.

Boiler Operation Principle in "Heating" Mode

Cold water is pumped through the lower pipe into the tank, heated by the heating element, and flows into the heating system through the outlet pipe. The temperature of the heat transfer fluid is set by a thermostat for manual temperature regulation and monitored using a thermometer. There are also three power level buttons for the boiler in the "Heating" mode. The specified temperature of the heat transfer fluid is maintained automatically.

After opening the HWS faucet, the boiler's control system turns off the heating of the heat transfer fluid in the heating system and activates the hot water heating block. The controller of the hot water heating system independently determines the optimal power of the heating elements. After closing the HWS faucet, the boiler automatically returns to the previously set mode.

Boiler "Summer" Mode

Allows you to completely turn off the heating of the heat transfer fluid in the heating system and the circulation pump. In this mode, only the hot water heater works when you open the hot water faucet.

For more convenient use of HWS, the boiler in standby mode heats the water in the hot water heater tank to 40 degrees Celsius and maintains this temperature in all boiler operating modes.

Please note! It is recommended to purchase a safety group and an expansion tank separately for the proper operation of the heating system.
