Servicing the electric boiler after 1 year of operation

Wall-mounted dual-circuit electric boiler NEON DUOS WCSM/WH 18-30 kW is designed for heating and heating domestic hot water. The boiler is completely silent.

Included:

• Automatic air vent - effectively removes airlocks from the heating system (located in the upper part of the boiler);
• Thermometer for visual control of the temperature of the heat transfer fluid in the heating system of domestic hot water;
• Capillary thermostat for smooth regulation of the set temperature;
• Three-speed circulation pump of European production.

The boiler is equipped with stainless steel heating elements, two power levels with thyristor switching of the heating elements, ensuring silent activation.

For hot water supply (HWS), there is an independent heat exchanger made of stainless steel with a separate group of heating elements. There is a safety valve and a water flow sensor that allows you to activate the heating elements when the tap is opened.

Boiler operation principle in "Heating" mode

Cold water is supplied by a pump through the lower pipe to the tank, heated by the heating element, and through the outlet pipe enters the heating system. The temperature of the heat transfer fluid is set by a thermostat for manual temperature control and is monitored using a thermometer. The control panel also has three power level buttons for the boiler in "Heating" mode. The specified temperature of the heat transfer fluid heating is maintained automatically.

After opening the HWS tap, the boiler's automation switches off the heating of the heat transfer fluid in the heating system and activates the heating element block of the instant water heater. The controller of the instant water heater independently determines the optimal power level of the heating elements. After closing the HWS tap, the boiler automatically returns to the previously set mode.

Boiler operating mode "Summer"

Allows you to completely turn off the heating of the heat transfer fluid in the heating system and the circulation pump. In this mode, only the instant water heater can operate after opening the hot water tap.

For more convenient use of HWS, the boiler in standby mode heats the water in the tank of the instant water heater to 40 degrees and maintains this temperature in all operating modes of the boiler.

Please note! It is advisable to purchase a safety group and an expansion tank separately for the proper operation of the heating system.
